Rosenow Boys

The weekend I took this session was when I went to Castle Bluff with my oldest. Although I was already worn out from the trip, we had a great photo session. The time was just right too. There was some great color in sky and some trees were still hanging on to their colors. Of course, we had to pull mom and dad into the pics (I believe mom was expecting that :) . Enjoy!

I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!

Rosenow Sneak-Peek

What a weekend! I went to Castle Bluff with my oldest this weekend. It was a blast. Got right home, charge the batteries, unload the memory cards and headed out to a photo session. We were mainly getting pictures of the boys but got this one with mom and dad. Enjoy!

Don’t forget to book your Holiday Special session!

Hill Boys

After the session with the R boys, I had to take a couple of my boys. I can’t believe how much older they are getting. You know, we have had are ups and downs but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. They have been a gift and a blessing in my life. Psalm 127:3 says “Behold, children are a gift of the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward”. Love you C & C!

Oh! And of course Merlin too!

R Boys Photo Session

We were planing to do the session with lots of kids but the other family couldn’t make it. I had found a place near Maumelle park for this session. But when the other family couldn’t come, we decided to do the session at Hendrix. Hendrix College has a beautiful campus and I love to shoot there. When the family arrived, the boys were all pumped and ready for action. My beautiful bride came along and assisted me with the lighting. We got some great images that I know the family will treasure. Without further ado, let’s show off the images. Enjoy!

Keep checking the blog, facebook and the website. I have an upcoming special for the Holidays. You don’t want to miss this!

Baby E – She’s sitting up

Oh my goodness!  Look at her sitting up!  I have had so much fun at Baby E’s sessions.  Today, we tried some different poses with mom holding her.  They are so precious. We try on different outfits, put in little bows (she has just enough hair), went outside in flowers and of course we got brother involved too.  I get so caught up in the session, that 2 hours goes by like nothing.  Mom sits her down, and if it is in reach, it is in her hands.  If not she will try to get to it.  Let’s see, squeezing dirt, grabbing flowers, and of course a butterfly (shown above, it didn’t last long).  I am always looking forward to the next session.  Have fun and Enjoy!

Just had a baby or getting ready to.  Let’s talk about the one year baby plan.  I look forward to your call or email.

Baby KJ – Mom & Son

We wanted to get outside and take some pictures of baby KJ.  I found a grassy field and it was a blast.  These pictures were taken back in April.  (You can see that I am playing catch up on my blog posts.)  I plan on going out to that grassy field again soon.  And you know, the images I take there will not have this look to them.  The background will have changed.  That is one of the cool things about outside sessions.  No matter what location you use or how many times you go there, you end up with a different look.  Don’t get me wrong, I like doing inside portraits also.  Being able to offer my clients both options provides a versatility to the wonderful images we share.

If you are expecting a little one right around the corner, give me call or fill out my contact page, right now.  I have an excellent option for newborns to 12 months.  In January that option will be changing.  You don’t want to miss setting up a meeting with me to talk further of what memories we can be capturing.

Time For Another Baby E

It has been several months since we have seen Baby E.  I have several more to show.  Even though I haven’t been posting in a timely manner we still got together.  As I recall, it was a beautiful day to get outside and have some fun. Mom wanted to join in and we got some great mother/daughter images.  I can’t wait to catch up.  We have some fun photo sessions.  You just wait and see!

This morning I had to opportunity to photograph a 3 month old.  He is new to the blog and will be up some time in the near future.  You should have seen us trying to get him smiling.  I imagine he thought we were just plain crazy.  Ha!

So, If you just had a baby and you are looking for a photog, I can start shooting at 1 week of age.  Want to find out more, go over the contact page, fill it out and I will be in touch with you ASAP!

Big Boy! "A"

It has been a little while since I blog last. Some of you that follow me on FB know that there were complications with my wife’s blood. Well, we have some good direction from the doctor. It is still rough right now (especially for her) but she is getting her strength back. We will see a surgeon on Thursday where we find out what he thinks and the next step. [Read more...]
