Allie & John – Wedding

I posted the Sneak peek for this wedding sometime ago. This post is well over due. This was a beautiful small wedding up near Clarksville. There were three buildings on the property. A gym in the back, an older white sanctuary, and the newer brick sanctuary. Part of the gym was turned into the reception. They did an excellent job decorating it. The older one had been turned into Sunday School rooms. The newer sanctuary have these rectangle window slots down each side. The light pouring into the sanctuary was just right. Having that available light did wonders while I was shooting the “First Look”. It was so emotional that I was about to get up for my own tissue. You will definitely see their love. Enjoy!

Kara & Harvey – Sneak Peek

It has been a little while since my last post. Let’s see, my kids had sinus infection, then my wife, and I got pneumonia. Fun times. Right before everything went down hill, I was able to shoot my last wedding for the summer. Although it was hot, it was a gorgeous day. I will be posting more soon, but here is a couple of images from that day. Enjoy!

Amy & Tyler – Wedding

Here is another outside wedding. This took place at Experiment Station just outside of Batesville. But we started off the day off at Tammy’s Salon. After the Bride was finished and brides maid were done with makeup and hair, we went over to the venue. The bride’s mom provided some lunch and then it was time to get ready. The Bride got each of the bridesmaid makeup bags. Such a fun idea! It had bridesmaid on one side and their name on the other. The venue was decorated very well. Chairs wrap in white with a bow, beautiful flowers, a candy station (sweet!), and a little book for guest to write little wishes. Once the groom and grooms men were ready, we headed outside and had a blast. The bride and bridesmaid were next. I love getting ideas from the bridal party. Although it was windy the ceremony was gorgeous. Of course, Sadie was in the wedding too.  She was dressed in a tu-tu. Afterwards, it was photo time with just the husband and wife. Such a beautiful husband and wife with a life time adventure starting now. Her father built a dance floor where the bridal put on a special treat for the guest. Then it was jam time for all, all evening long. Enjoy!

Allie & John – Sneak Peek

There wedding was up in Clarksville a little over week ago. Although, it was an indoor wedding, we were hoping the rain would hold off. It did and it became a very nice day. Here is a sneak peek! Enjoy!

Hester Family

We had a gorgeous day for a family/baby session. It was a little windy but very nice. We started our session at Burns Park. It was very busy, lots of people but we were able to find several spots off to ourselves. Little D was so much fun but really didn’t know what think of this photographer. But we capture some precious moments. We ended up down at the river. Found a wonderful spot in the grass and enjoy such a beautiful day. Just look at the love they have for another. Enjoy!

May Wedding – Sneak Peek

I have been trying to play catch up with all the weddings and sessions. When you are sick, you just don’t realize how much stuff is piling up. Whew! Anyway, here is a sneak peek of a wedding I did last week. The bride is about to be carried away. I cannot wait to share more from this wedding. Enjoy!

Christin & Shelby Wedding

I really have enjoyed getting to know Christin and Shelby. They had an outside wedding at the Bauxite Museum. It turned out to be a gorgeous day. We started off capturing some fun getting ready moments at the hotel. Then we finished up getting ready at the museum. The inside of the museum had dark wood beams and floors. It has been kept up really well. The wedding program was turned into fan. Although it was a nice day, it did get a little warm and the fans were a nice touch. The ceremony was very nice. Seeing the flower girl and ring bearer being busy was really touching. I just love the expression the groom is giving coming down the aisle – priceless. Afterwards, we celebrated their union by having a blast during the reception.

Christin and Shelby, congratulations!! Thank you for allowing me to capture your beautiful day!

Are You Hungry?

I had a wonderful opportunity to take pictures of Big House Burger Joint different menu items. We had a blast! I arrive and got setup at one of the tables. We started the session off with burger and fires. Oh my! It is hard taking pictures when your mouth is watering. It totally affects your concentration. But I had to block it and keep going. Next they brought out BBQ with Onion rings. Very nice! I can say that the BBQ was very good- that was my dinner :) . Next was a loaded bake potato. A meal by itself. The last thing brought out was a chicken salad. If I had room…. Anyways, I don’t want to be the only one drooling. Check out these pics and then drive on down to Big House Burger Joint. I imagine it is going to be hard to just get one of these items. Enjoy!

Baby Sneak-peek – April Session

Before I start, Wow! it has been a long time since I have posted. Let’s see… We have moved, been sick, three weddings, and sick again. Some people might be able to post while they are sick, but I am not one of them. I am pretty much a wimp when I am sick.
Finally, I get a little time to blog. I have lot’s of pictures to share but I wanted to start of this handsome fellow. We had a wonderful day taking pictures, I really can’t wait to share more. But for now, enjoy the sneak-peek.

Senior Session – Jenny

This Spring weather has been back and forth. I remember last year that we really didn’t see warm weather until end of April. But this year we have had 80 weather in March, up to 90 in April. It did go back to 40 or 50 degrees too. It has been all over the place. So, far each session we have been blessed with beautiful warm weather.

We headed to downtown Little Rock for this session. We walk from the River Market to the State House. What wonderful spots we found on the way. There were so many that we had to skip a few so that we could reach the State House. Jenny’s sister came along and capture some fun pictures too. She also was a big help with holding my light. There was a good breeze walking around those buildings. It was good walk and we had a good time. Here are some of those moments that I captured. Enjoy!
